Had an accident? How can we help?
In the event of an accident no matter who is to blame, we can arrange complimentary membership to Accident Exchange who will take the following action:
- Recover your damaged and vehicle transport it to our approved body centre.
- Liaise with your insurance company and the other driver.
- Keep you mobile with a courtesy car whilst your vehicle is being repaired.*
Please call us on Tel 01786-811411 - do not let your insurance company dictate to you where your car will be repaired - they are not allowed and are likely to send you to a non franchised repairer.
*For non fault accidents, where the third party has admitted responsibility, the free courtesy car covers the total repair period. For other cases the free loan is subject to availability and a maximum loan period of 48 hours.
